Rosa Icela has a unique background combining both accounting and creative experiences that are well-suited to entrepreneurs and small business owners.  She has eighteen plus years experience in diverse settings including international manufacturing, non-profit associations, television production, and executive search/staffing firms.

 

Prior to launching EastlakeBiz, she has experience as a marketing manager, general accountant, employer relations, public relations, and international business development.

 

Rosa Icela is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and has exposure to diverse cultures from all over the world.
